We are looking to recruit a full-time Sales Coordinator for the Specialist Glass Products sales team.

Duties include the following:

  • Processing & converting customer enquiries via email or by phone contact
  • Checking data accuracy in quotations
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Support Business Development Managers with onboarding new & lapsed customers.

Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and enquiries and provide support for our Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Process quotations via email or phone
  • Quotation follow up.  Collating important feedback from customers.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and quotations
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Support Business Development Managers with onboarding New/Lapsed customers
  • Liaise with the Production department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Stay up-to-date with product range & services

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with MS Office & MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
