We are looking to recruit a full-time Sales Coordinator for the Specialist Glass Products sales team.
Duties include the following:
- Processing & converting customer enquiries via email or by phone contact
- Checking data accuracy in quotations
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Generating new business leads.
- Support Business Development Managers with onboarding new & lapsed customers.

Responsibilities
- Process quotations via email or phone
- Quotation follow up. Collating important feedback from customers.
- Check data accuracy in orders and quotations
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Support Business Development Managers with onboarding New/Lapsed customers
- Liaise with the Production department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Stay up-to-date with product range & services
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with MS Office & MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
