Specialist Glass Products has delivered on a bespoke requirement at the O2 in London. The grand opening of ‘Mamma Mia! The Party’ took place earlier this month, and SGP produced the extra-large panels for the entrance to the diner.
SGP was approached by the development team to fulfil this project in an extremely short timeframe, where we would usually have double the timeframe requested to finalise the order. SGP had five days to cut, polish, toughen and deliver the finished glass panels to London from our Huddersfield-based factory.
Andy Ross, of Ronan Developments Limited, said of the completed job: “I just wanted to say thank you to Specialist Glass Products for sorting this out at such short notice, which the client had to complete in double-quick time.”
The completed glass panels were 12mm toughened Pilkington optiwhite, size: 3200mm x 2900mm, and completed the front entrance to the ‘Mamma Mia! The Party’ diner located at the O2.
