We’re looking for an enthusiastic office administrator with great organisational and communication skills to join SGP’s office team.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Processing incoming customer orders onto the Glass Office system promptly, checking manufacturing details and lead-times.
- Generating relevant paperwork for each order, to be sent to the production department, ensuring all details are clear and precise.
- Ensuring correct prices are applied to orders.
- Passing any drawings through to the drawing department with clear references when sending paperwork into the production office.
- Liaising with customers regarding order queries and lead times.
- Answering incoming calls and emails and following up with the relevant action.

- Good organisational skills

- Ability to communicate clearly
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Polite and professional telephone manner
Salary: £TBC
